A £3.9M project at Seven Brethren Bank, Barnstaple, Devon for North Devon District Council.
The Works comprise the design, construction and completion of six indoor tennis courts, six outdoor floodlit tennis courts, a “Kids Zone” and two outdoor football pitches, together with offices, cafeteria, changing and servicing facilities, all associated external works, parking and access roads.
Gates Construction Consultants provided Project Management services for the Council and the construction was successfully completed in 46 week on site.
