From the A38 Devon Expressway leave at the Marsh Mills junction follow signs for Plymouth city centre.
Follow Embankment Road in the middle lane whilst it is three lanes wide. As Embankment Road reduces to two lanes you will be in the left hand lane.
You will pass below a blue bridge will seagulls painted on it – shortly after this the road splits and (if you have stayed in the left hand lane) you will join Gdynia Way. Queen Anne’s Battery is sign posted from here.
Move into the left hand lane of Gdynia Way which has two bridges over it. As you go underneath the second bridge (painted with flowers this time!) the road curves to the right & there is a slip road which virtually goes straight-on. Take the slip road but turn immediately sharp left into Shapters Road (before you get to the traffic lights which are on the slip road).
Take a right at the next traffic lights into Clovelly Road.
Take the second left into Teats Hill Road (this is on a right hand bend, so Teats Hill Road is actually straight on).
Turn left into Queen Anne’s Battery.
Pass through middle barrier of the three and follow road round to the right - Dolphin Building will now be ahead of you at the far end of the marina (it’s the only building with a clock tower on it).
Gates Partnership’s Office is on the far side of Dolphin Building (facing the sea, on the inside corner) - drive round to the left hand side of Dolphin Building and you will find additional car parking in front of the office.
