Proceed on the M5 to Junction 27 (Barnstaple turn off). Take first exit on to the North Devon link road (A361) and head towards Barnstaple.
Proceed to the last roundabout on the link road (just outside Barnstaple) and take second exit on to Eastern Avenue (Barum Gate travel lodge on your right, Homebase on your left), continue straight on over the next two roundabouts. At the third roundabout, take the third exit on to Barbican Road (Esso Garage on your right), until you approach another roundabout’. Take the first exit (straight ahead) and move into the right hand lane. At the next roundabout, take the second exit into Queen Street (Bus Station on your left, ‘Shout’ pub on your right). Park in the multi-storey car park, which is the second turning on the right (between the North Devon Hospice charity shop and the Tax Office).
After parking, walk back down on to Queen Street and turn right, continue walking with Bond Oxborough, hairdressers, etc on your right, until you reach the Post Office and Webbers Estate Agents on the corner of Queen Street and Boutport Street. With your back to the Post Office, look to your left, across the street and you will see a small cobbled road between a pub called the Rising Sun and a florist. Walk up this cobbled street until you reach the big lamp post at the crossroads in the church yard. Turn right and you will come across a gate on your right (before you reach the road again). Walk through this gate and we are number two along this path (between BPAG and Philip J Milton & Company plc). This walk should only take a few minutes.
